托滾軸承托滾配件主要針對洗煤廠、焦化廠、化工廠等侵蝕性環境研制，在這些行業中廣泛使用和推廣，主要材料采用我公司研制的托滾專用高分子材料，與普通托滾配件比擬，這種托滾配件具有以下特點：
Roller bearings and roller accessories are mainly developed for corrosive environments such as coal washing plants, coking plants, chemical plants, etc. They are widely used and promoted in these industries. The main materials used are the special polymer materials for rollers developed by our company. Compared with ordinary roller accessories, this type of roller accessory has the following characteristics:
(1）托滾配件結構公道，密封可靠。托滾配件設有兩道密封，制造精度比較高，曠地空閑內涂有專用潤滑脂，能有效防止灰塵、氣體、液體等侵蝕性介質進入托滾內部，損壞軸承。托滾配件的良好密封機能促使其在不同的發展和使用，保證其良好的使用作用和價值。
(1) The structure of the roller accessories is reasonable and the sealing is reliable. The roller accessories are equipped with two seals, with high manufacturing accuracy. In open spaces, special lubricating grease is applied inside, which can effectively prevent corrosive media such as dust, gas, and liquid from entering the inner part of the roller and damaging the bearings. The good sealing function of roller accessories promotes their development and use in different fields, ensuring their good usability and value.
(2）托滾配件重量輕，旋轉慣性小。托滾專用高分子材料重量輕，比重是鋼材的七分之一，用這種材料制成的托滾，重量是普通托滾配件的二分之一左右，旋轉慣性小，托滾與皮帶之間的摩擦小，有效的減少之間的摩擦。

(3）耐磨損，使用壽命長。托滾滾體專用的高分子材料，其機械機能類似于青銅，具有很好的耐磨性，而且具有良好的自潤滑機能，不傷皮帶。
(3) Wear resistance and long service life. The special polymer material for the roller body has mechanical properties similar to bronze, excellent wear resistance, and good self-lubricating function, without damaging the belt.
(4）托滾配件防腐機能優勝泥桿 保定古箏 塑料增韌劑 拱形護坡模具 保定空調維修 托輥生產線。滾體及密封件都用高分子材料制作，耐侵蝕。在侵蝕性場合使用，使用壽命可達到普通托滾配件的5倍以上。高分子耐侵蝕托滾規格包括φ89、φ108、φ133、φ159等4大系列，30多個品種，也可根據用戶的要求制造非標托滾。滾體材料有MC尼龍和聚胺脂兩大類，根據使用環境中侵蝕性物質的特性選擇。
(4) Excellent anti-corrosion performance of roller accessories. The rolling body and sealing components are made of polymer materials, which are corrosion-resistant. Used in corrosive environments, the service life can reach more than 5 times that of ordinary roller accessories.
